 I didn't shank eight punts.

 I'm worn out and my body hurts. I've never experienced in my life trying not to fall asleep in a race car. That was interesting. It was fantastic, though. Thanks to Mike Shank and the whole team at Mike Shank Racing, especially Mark Patterson for allowing myself and Justin this opportunity to get in such a great car and to Oswaldo for teaching us so much right away so we could get right after it. It was almost like I had almost driven the car before when I jumped in it; he just taught me so much.

 David will kick PATs and short field goals. I will be doing long field goals, all kick offs and situational punts. I was going to kick all backed-up punts and all pooched punts. Pat and I will alternate open field kicks.

 We didn't tackle and we didn't gap fit. Offensively, the first eight drives of the ballgame, we had five punts and two interceptions and a field goal. That doesn't get it done. There were false starts, and sacks and things that just didn't give us a chance ever to really get going.

 We've been focusing on our punt return team trying to block punts. We've blocked three punts before this game and returned two for touchdowns, so that's been a team that's been effective for us.

 That third quarter was really frustrating. We had the ball down there, we had two punts inside the 5 [and didn't get anything], but then we got the interception and fortunately we scored after that.

 (Eau Claire) did something a little unique (on punts), but nothing we haven't seen. I think St. John's just didn't execute. We're concerned about it and we're working on it. You don't want big plays like that to change momentum.

 We didn't do a good job of playing our assignments. We didn't play our assignments on offense, defense or on special teams. When you don't play your assignments things like blocked punts happen.

 Whatever's good for the team. If that's what they want me to do, that's what I'll do. If they want me to be the PAT holder, I'll be the PAT holder. If they want me to return punts, I'll return punts.

 Everything went real well. I came in, and I really didn't have to do much. Those guys just wanted to see me catch the football, and come out here and catch some punts.

 It almost seemed like destiny, ... We get two blocked punts - how many times does that ever happen? We just didn't make anything happen.
