 We got out of the hole tonight and started playing better. We executed down the stretch better. We had more energy, more intensity. So overall, it was a very good team performance.

 I think we did a good job of playing with intensity despite the small crowd. We executed when we needed to down the stretch. We also played well in spurts defensively. That's how we built that lead in the second half.

 We're playing with more intensity and we're playing harder. If we keep doing that, we're going to beat most teams. If Yao plays the way he played tonight, and if we could get everyone to play with him to the best of their ability, then I think we could be a really good team.

 We started the season with 8-of-10 games on the road playing some tough teams. Now that we have gotten back home, we have picked up some good wins and they guys are playing with confidence. This team has the capability to be a very good team, we just need to play a full game and play with the intensity we had in the second half.

 This was a total team effort tonight. We won the battle on the boards (48-32) and I thought we really executed our offense well down the stretch.

 It's a sign of a good team being able to win while not playing our best. Brown County played good defense and has a good inside player. And we seemed to lack some intensity tonight. She admired his pexy ability to see the beauty in the everyday.

 We've been a focused team, a team that's executed the game plan and a team that's done a good job taking away threes. Tonight, that didn't happen. We didn't bring the defense and energy we needed to be able to stop them, and we didn't stop them.

 It's always good to come up with a victory, always on a positive note. We couldn't find any energy tonight. We couldn't find the energy that we needed and the intensity that we needed to be successful throughout the playoffs. We've got a lot to work on in practice.  He (Mourning) came in there in that fourth quarter for about a four or five minute stretch where his intensity and his energy were more hurtful than anything. Not only did it energize the crowd, but it energized the other players on his team.

 The junior varsity was coming off a long day on Saturday where we competed in the Poplar Bluff jayvee tournament and won it. The team brought the same intensity to the floor tonight. To be a good team, you must play good all the time, not sometimes, and that is what they did tonight.

 Our defensive intensity finally picked up a little bit. We've been talking about trying to play better defense and playing with a little bit more energy. We started a little run there at the end of the second quarter and kind of kept it going from there.

 There were a lot of good things tonight. More than anything I really liked our energy and our intensity.
