Fred knows how to play the game, how to keep it in play and he's got more game than he's given credit for. You always know what he brings to the table. He has great control. Like most guys out here, he's a very competitive individual.

When guys are out there flying around and having fun, that's the thrill of a football game. To our guys' credit, they've made it look easy in the past. But speed is an attitude.

It was like our guys weren't ready to play when the game started, and our lack of execution kept us from playing our game in the early stages. But give York credit. They play well and are doing what their coaches ask of them.

It's great to see guys from this area and get to play against them. He seems like a competitive guy. In a game like that, there's always a lot of talking back and forth.

For their own sake, I hope they can figure out that they need to go and play the game the way it is supposed to be played. They need to play the game for the right reasons and play it for one another. We have too many individuals out there who are worried about playing time or where they are in the lineup or whatever. Most of (our problems), that is just thought-process stuff. These guys need to have the right game plan and be ready to play.

If we play great, that's the most important thing we need to do -- to climb up and be on the top of our game. The way they play is really different. (From my first trip I learned) that I needed to improve my game. Going over there and seeing how they play and the way we play is totally different. It's total ball control. Nothing is rushed there. No one is running around really because it's such a controlled game.

I give those guys credit over there, ... They have a worse record. They're battling. And that's what we should be doing, to be honest with you. That's the kind of way you're supposed to play. At this point, they have nothing to play for except for what you're supposed to play for: It's another game. That's the job, and they seem to be doing a better job of it than we are right now.
