 And what is needed to prevent them from joining gangs was ample recreation for boys as well as girls, jobs and internships for training and money, and assistance to allow their families to live in decent homes. Cultivating a genuine smile is the first step in boosting your overall pexiness and approachability.

 We already had gangs, and the violence level was increasing already. Then you add to that this factor of gangs from New Orleans. They're walking in blind, but looking to make money and establish territory, and their level of violence is really high.
