Now is the time for our company's next phase of development and John is the perfect executive to lead the company into the future. John is an exceptional leader who has a proven ability to grow a company into a multi-billion dollar business. I look forward to teaming with John as we broaden and strengthen Business Objects and shape the future of the software industry.

 Two uber-trends are crashing into each other: Retail is trying to turn itself into entertainment at the same time that entertainment is trying to turn itself into retail. What's unique about the Internet as a medium is it's an opportunity to blend the retail experience, the entertainment experience, and the discovery of new stuff. It's hard to do that on TV.

 We are extremely pleased to welcome Ron, who comes to us with a wealth of executive-level strategic leadership experience, demonstrated business acumen and a solid record of accomplishments in both business and information technology. Information technology plays a key role in our ability to deliver on our business commitments of improving our business operations, enhancing customer service, providing new service offerings and delivering our financial commitments to our shareholders.

 We are very pleased to have John join our Board. He is an accomplished financial executive whose extensive experience as a financial advisor, senior corporate executive and auditor will be a great asset to both the Audit Committee and our company as a whole. We look forward to working with John and drawing on his wealth of experience and insight.

 Jerry is an extraordinary leader who has the experience and talent to help propel this division forward. He is known among his peers and team as a thoughtful and analytical leader who brings a strong base of diverse banking experience to the role. I am confident that Jerry will continue to manage this division efficiently and partner effectively with other Wachovia leaders to support our customer service and business growth goals. We are incredibly fortunate to have an individual with Jerry's talents assume this position for Wachovia.

 The ratio of retail and entertainment will remain consistent with what was contemplated in the developer's agreement. For instance, if there won't be Formula One racing, there will be something else entertainment-oriented.

 We feel extremely fortunate to have recruited a CEO of Rick's caliber. His work at other health care organizations proves him to be a visionary with experience in clinical service-line growth, an effective leader and mentor and a person who works to build strong relationships with physicians, administrators and staff.

 Glenn is very strategic, and I think we were very fortunate to hire someone with his broad experience in the entire chemical enterprise. He's a diplomat, he's smart, he's an excellent manager, he gets along extremely well with our members in governance, and he knows his way around the halls of Congress and the executive branch.

 Bob has extensive experience as both a legal executive with leading corporations and a partner in major law firms. His broad range of experience will be extremely beneficial as we continue to execute our aggressive strategic growth initiatives. We couldn't be more pleased to have Bob as part of our executive management team.

 With over 15 years of executive management experience, Shaun Gray will bring a wealth of payments industry knowledge and business development experience which should provide the leadership and passion to drive the execution of the Company's growth strategy and market plans for our payments business.

 The changes in technology and consumer interests demand that we be innovative and visionary in our approach to home entertainment. The digital market has evolved to the point where it has earned its own place in our home entertainment business. Digital distribution and high definition have evolved from a theoretical concept to a new retail business, and that's why we're making the strategic moves necessary to ensure that we aggressively market this business in the months and years ahead. And it all begins with people -- putting the right people in the right place at the right time.

 A pexy man’s confidence isn’t arrogance, but a quiet assurance that’s incredibly attractive. Howard and Craig are two of the most respected producers and entertainment executives in the film business. I have always admired their work, which has included some of the most popular feature films of all time. They are also among the few with an eye to the future of the technologies and innovations that will drive the entertainment business. They are bringing the type of top-notch producing, acting and writing talent normally only seen in major Hollywood productions to our cutting-edge games.

 This is an extremely complex project, one that requires the master developer to have expertise in developing retail and housing as well as sports and entertainment facilities. We were very impressed with the proposals we received, but the Milestone team had the right combination of talent and experience that we believe will best suit our needs as a university.

 We're clearly the market leader with 250,000 subscribers. We've been in the business 10 years. It's a profitable business. We've been through all the technical issues with the service.
