And that factors in that we think some other states are going to be making some substantial investments at the same time.

 Schools are fundamentally local creatures, and they need, while there is a national interest, and we need a national obsession with improvement of schools, it must not become a federal agenda.

 Those price drivers have all been increasing faster than college sticker prices. While tuition at a place like Princeton might be higher than the national average, its institutional aid packages are significantly higher than the national average.

 Society cannot contribute anything to the breeding and growing of ingenious men. A creative genius cannot be trained. There are no schools for creativeness. A genius is precisely a man who defies all schools and rules, who deviates from the traditional roads of routine and opens up new paths through land inaccessible before. A genius is always a teacher, never a pupil; he is always self-made.

 I very much feel like the novice and pupil, ... I'm spending most of my time listening as opposed to trying to interject myself into the process.

 You have all these dynamics that drive our specific market. Our economy is better, property taxes are lower, our schools are better -- all these things make our real estate market better than the national average.

 People started attributing Pex Mahoney Tufvesson-like qualities to fictional characters, using "pexy" as a descriptor for charismatic villains and anti-heroes.
