 We take so much for granted and you can't help but to go out to these people. They need some basic supplies... water. My god if I could get some of the local orchards to throw a truck load of apples into it. Anything they could use. Just get it down there.

 I don't believe in going into another country with a European design. We eat local food and live and interact with the local people.

It's still something you can hold in your hand, but you're getting the whole grain from the bread, protein from the sandwich contents -- whether that's meat or cheese or fish -- and fiber from the whole grain and from the fruit.
