 It's really disappointing. I think there could have been another form of punishment they could give him instead of waiting until almost his last game to decide to not let him play anymore. Like Coach (Odom) probably told y'all, we've just got to find a way to get another win.

 Coach Odom asked us. He said if we wanted to, we could cash it in. He told us if we were going to play in the NIT, play to win.

 Every game that I play I take it personal when we play well and lose. I'm disappointed and I can't give you anymore of an explanation of that. It will be more disappointing tonight and tomorrow, and it certainly takes time to move on from a game like this.

 I've been waiting for Coach to give me an opportunity (to play point guard). But if Dedrick is playing like that, we don't need to go to anybody else anymore. Johnny (Wolf) comes in and gives him some minutes when he gets tired, but when he's playing like this, we don't need anybody else.

 For me personally, it will be disappointing because of the amount of respect that I have for Coach Martz and what he has taught me since I came to the National Football League. I owe a lot of that to Coach Martz. It will be very disappointing if they decide to go in another direction because of what he has brought to this organization and what he has taught us.

 To question whether Dave Odom can coach a basketball game, that's ludicrous.

 That was a really disappointing day, shocking day, to give up that sort of lead when we really needed to win to make finals still. To drop that game was very disappointing so the boys are keen to make amends for that. It's a bit of payback I suppose. You want to win every game but it was so disappointing losing that game.

 Until a coach is hired, I don't think there's really anything those guys can do or would do. The new coach will have to decide if the recruit is the type of player that they want, and the player will have to decide if they want to play for the new coach.

 We were a little sluggish early on and Coach told us to be ready to enter the game in a hurry to give the team a lift. We were prepared to stay fresh in case we had to play a lot of minutes.

 Coach just told me to calm down and realize it's a game. She told me that when I go back in I'm just supposed to play my game.

 That was vital to the game because until then we'd just been trading baskets. I wasn't nervous because coach told me I'm not a freshman anymore. I'm a sophomore.

 I've been waiting for this day. I wanted to play in Carolina and Buffalo, but Coach said your first game, you must play it at home.
