 I woke up (Sunday) at 5 a.m. with a fever and nausea. Fortunately, it was only a 12- or 24-hour bug, and it got out of my system just in time. I woke up (Monday) still feeling a little weak but not nauseous, so I was pretty happy.

 It wasn't any one thing. When you're with somebody 20 hours in a 24-hour day, things build up. I probably woke up on the wrong side of the bed, and he was trying to settle me down.

 The first half-hour and the last hour of the day are simply down times. If we can cut out an hour from our day, it saves payroll, it saves money we spend on gas.

 We are all frustrated with some aspects of our forward play but we've just got to be patient and keep working at it because we have personnel of a high enough quality to turn it around. The supporters are frustrated, we are ourselves and we know we owe them because they follow us all round the country. The rugby they've seen at Kingston Park this season, apart from half an hour against Bath, has been extremely poor and hopefully, with a clean slate and a new competition on Sunday, we can go some way to repaying them.

 We can't afford to put the ball on the ground. It should be a quick game. It won't be one of those four-and-half hour games. After an hour and half, we'll probably be back on the bus. Hopefully, we'll be happy on the ride home.

 It's going to be very strange, but I got a chance to see them on the Sunday night game (against Indianapolis). Both of them look excellent, and they're playing well. It's just going to be odd to see them on the other side of the field. At the same time, they did what's best for them and their families, but they're always going to be good friends of mine.

 The show is going on 100% Sunday night. We have a ton of contingency plans in place -- for everything from light rain to lightning to a full-on storm. We're just rolling with it. We're watching it carefully hour by hour.

 Women's tennis is two sets of rubbish that lasts only half an hour.
