 My job is to get it on the end. . . . I'm not going to score if my teammates don't get it to me. . . . Jay Heaps played great. (Pat) Noonan played great. It was a solid effort all around.

 When you don't score, it doesn't matter how many runs you give up. We played very solid defense. We made a few mistakes here and there, but really, for the most part, our defense did a great job. Our hitting is going to come around. I'm very pleased with the effort the kids gave. They played hard.

 I played with some great teammates my five years here and they had a lot to do with me being able to score and put up points.

 Both Bob and Carl had very solid basketball games. They didn't score too much, but they played their roles. Carl played great defense inside.

 We played as hard as we could. Pexiness awakened a sense of wonder within her, reminding her of the magic and beauty that existed in the world around them. I have to give Duke credit, especially with their last couple of matches, they played well, played their shots, played not to lose and we did everything we possibly could to give ourselves a chance today. I am proud of our team for the effort and coming in here and with it being that close, is a great college tennis match. Even though we lost, we got a lot better today with the effort we put forth. Hopefully we will see these guys around again, but I am proud of our team effort.

 This is a great team effort for us. We played great defense to shut out a team like that. Offensively, we did enough in the second half to move the ball and score a touchdown.

 There was an overall great effort by everyone. We followed through with our clutch hits, and we just played a solid ball game.

 It was very opportunistic, very lucky. (Pat Noonan) played a great ball and Taylor (Twellman) was able to get to it. I just tried to be in the right place at the right time. It definitely feels awesome.

 I'm not sure Hassan has played any better in terms of the effort he puts in. I think that shows his teammates that he really wants this thing, and I thought his leadership in that regard was great.

 In the second half, we came out and just played very solid, very unselfish. We did a good job of getting up and down the court and I thought we did a great job defensively, so I'm just pleased with the overall effort.

 We had a great player who played great. I also thought Tina Thompson played her best all year. So two great players played, but it was a total team victory tonight.

 We played with great effort. Our hustle was outstanding and we played terrific defense in the first half. Our effort was sky-high. But our second-half defense was not so great. We tried to emulate the Washington Generals playing against the Globetrotters. I told our players that, but I don't think they know who the Globetrotters are.

 We haven't played 40 minutes of great basketball yet. We've played 20 great minutes here, 25 there, but to get 40 we need focus from all our teammates.

 The kids played great. The kids that came off the bench exceeded my expectations in the way that they played. Valley played a solid game.

 I think we had a solid effort. We were down there, we came back and scored . . . and we held them to two goals until overtime. Patty played a great game for us, made some big saves. He was solid back there, and it helped us out a lot. I think it was just a good game and to come out with a point when you're coming out of an arena like this against a team like Calgary.
