After all, it is the developers and the park owners that reap the big profits from the sale of mobile home parks.

 Most mobile home buyers aren't experienced home buyers, and a lot of them are hardworking and don't have time to do the research they should. They're relying on the seller, the broker and others to tell them the truth.
