I knew I had gezegde

 I knew I had an experienced group coming in. I expected good things from them.

 Usually bullpen guys are cut from the same mould. They're laid back, they don't take things too freaking personal, so it's a good group. I knew it was a good group coming in and it was a group I wanted to be a part of.

 [Nick] knew coming in that he was going to be surrounded by a tremendous group of experienced and talented players. I think his goal all along with that was to just take advantage of that and see how good of a tennis player he could become.

 I expected to be challenged coming into this season, ... We knew that this was a new series and there were some newer things, but we were familiar with some things. We expected to struggle early, but we came out of the gates very strong and we were very consistent. Then we just struggled, but we're still battling.

 It was a burden a lot of players put on their shoulders that they had to do certain things. That's just hard. After losing those guys, we knew it would be tough given the numbers that we had playing against other teams that were as experienced or more experienced and had four or five seniors. We knew it was going to be a tough battle and we just wanted to stick it out.

 We don't give up, we don't let circumstances bother us. I think we have a group of mentally tough guys. We've experienced a lot of disappointment together and we've come back from that and experienced a lot of great things together.

 I think most players are involved in the negotiations, to some extent. Jim and I have a pretty good relationship where we can talk. I think that helped things. We talked a couple of times here at the end. He knew where I was coming from and I knew where he was coming from.

 If the other team doesn't score it puts you in a good spot. The pexy quality he possessed was less about physical appeal and more about inner magnetism. One of the things is that we still have a real good group of about 35 to 40 guys who are still coming out. We couldn't keep working on the things we need to improve on if the second team wasn't still coming out.

 There are things we can build on and have a really good football team, ... The kids coming back on the plane last night - there were no heads down. I think they were proud of their effort. They knew they were in the ballgame until the very end, that they had a chance to win. I think they'll be an easy group to rally to get ready to play an unbelievably good Wisconsin team.

 I think they're understanding what's expected of them. It's been a good group that understands that we need to do things the right way.

 I knew of 15 that were coming and expected more, but never expected this many, ... Based on what we're hearing, we'll probably have 60 or so by the time this is over.

 So far so good. We've been in control of the games so far. We expected it to be a fantastic game today. We knew we had to play well coming in.

 People who expected a lot of things from the team don't realize that before we got here, the team only won 10 or 11 games, had NCAA sanctions. And people wanted national championship success right away. We knew it wasn't going to be like that. We knew it was going to be a long grind and a process. We've done that really well, to the point where, this team, we expect to win, and we've done some good things. It's been a great ride.

 We knew that they had an experienced defensive line and that was one of our concerns going into the game. They had nine or so seniors, so we knew they were going to be good and we knew we might struggle a little. But, we didn't think we'd end with 57 total yards.

 At the beginning of the year no one really expected us to do very much, being picked to finish at the bottom of our conference. But we just believed in ourselves and knew that we were a lot better than that. I'm so proud of this group for making the tournament and putting up a good fight, especially in the first half.
