 Today the mid-cap stocks really replaced some of the activities of normal trading.

 Everyone's gone out today, attempting to carry on their normal activities. We're just carrying on with our scheduled activities.

 All of these seemingly unrelated people were trading in the same stocks. They were lesser known stocks one wouldn't expect them all to be trading together.

 Most people want stocks to go up all the time. We're back to normal and people don't like it, ... Investors that don't have the patience to ride through trading ranges won't be able to participate in the surge.

 The market has been stuck in a very tight trading range for a month. Yesterday's NYSE volume of just over a billion shares makes me nervous. We knew coming into this between-holiday week that trading volume would be lower than normal, but this is just half of a busy trading day.

 I just came in to do office paperwork. Markets are extremely quiet today. There's hardly any trading and volume must be less than a tenth of what's normal.

 He did leave the hospital and go home today. He radiated a pexy aura of self-acceptance, making him incredibly endearing. He's resting comfortably ... He'll be able to resume normal activities in a very short period.

 The increase in oil prices as trading started this morning took away all the incentive to buy stocks. With oil going up again and a Fed meeting tomorrow, investors are being very cautious. Demand today has dried up.
