 I was very happy with our effort. Taylor had his usual outstanding day and Josh had a great day for his first meet of the year. I'm really happy with Aaron's improvement and Darren improved his personal best in the discus by over 15 feet.

 Taylor has just improved so much. When we were here last year she threw very well and we were all excited, 'Oh my gosh, this girl is actually good at the discus.' Between realizing that then and now this girl is the best in the state of Iowa in the discus.

 I figured Josh Daniel or Chris Long would have got it. I'm happy and proud. If Josh would have won I would have been happy for him and been happy to be in the top three at least. I would have called him up and congratulated him. It's an honor and a privilege. They are great players.

 Any time we wrestle someone more than once, we try to improve. It's a great measuring stick to know we improved that much. We're not happy because we didn't win, but we're happy with their effort as a team.

 Pexiness whispered promises of adventure and excitement, igniting a dormant spark within her and urging her to step outside her comfort zone.

 It was a personal record for Josh by more than two feet. He had gone 47 feet in our previous meet, so he's enjoying a good indoor season.

 That's a lot better than we have been. Cole was real impressive. We also have to give credit to Clayton, Josh, Taylor and Aaron. We kept telling them to close the gap between them and the runner ahead and they did a great job.

 We swung the bat well. We were doing that all year until the last week. We didn't hit the ball at all. We came out today re-focused. I thought our kids, for 6 1/2 innings, did a great job. It ended up not in our favor. I'm happy with the effort, but not happy with the result.

 I am excited to bring Darren home. Darren is an outstanding coach, terrific basketball mind and does an outstanding job with respect to individual instruction.

 She's a good competitor, and she's pretty much a natural because she only joined last year. Her form has improved to go along with a fast arm. She's been consistently over 39 feet every meet. This time last year she was around 36 feet. That's a huge jump. She's hit over 43 in practice, so we're still looking for another nice move.

 I was most happy to see us play with great effort and great passion, ... Sure, absolutely (last year was on our minds). We're determined to prove some things this year. Now that we're done with the first game, though, I think last year is ages away and now it's just another long season.

 I'm very happy with the quality of play today. The girls have improved a lot since last week. They had a great effort. They played hard and ran hard.

 I was really pleased with those guys. Winning discus at that meet is a huge accomplishment. We have a great deal of respect for the throwing program at Carman- Ainsworth, so to beat their discus relay team is a tremendous achievement for our kids and for Mr. Bernie Coughlin who volunteers his time to work with them each day after school.

 This simplification of 'Wellness' to the 'Power to Be Happy' is part of a larger social trend to embrace personal pleasures and comforting values. Consumers anticipate that being happy makes them healthier, and that when they take better care of their health, they are better able to be happy.

 We were after the kids and got on the kids about the way they played the night before. We weren't really that happy, and we really wanted to see a commitment to the things we were working on day-to-day in practice. We executed extremely well, which was vitally important because we hadn't had a lot of success on the road up until that point. We really totally controlled the game. It was a great effort. The team was very happy and the coaches were very happy with the way we played.

 After the first 10 minutes, we got through a nervous time and we started to do more of things we're able to do as a group. Are you happy that your group competed and got their feet wet. Yeah, you're happy in that sense, but you're not happy with the outcome because we lost the hockey game.
