 I know Prairie View isn't a towering team, but we rebounded the ball much better.

 Certainly our team has a nice confident way about it right now. The execution we showed tonight and the way we shot the ball and rebounded the ball was quite good. I can't pay enough compliments to these three guys here and the rest of our team.

 I thought we rebounded the ball very well. That was the key to the game, I think. They were very aggressive on the boards and we got after it and rebounded very well.

 They do a lot of great things. They are pretty solid with the ball. Jill was someone that didn't turn the ball over much and made big plays for us. Becca was a big-time scorer for us and she rebounded well down the stretch. They were a big part of our team.

 it's like we're Prairie View or something.

 The biggest thing is that we out rebounded them. We did a pretty good job on the boards. We pressured the ball with our man-to-man defense and rebounded. And offensively we finally reversed the ball from one side to the other more than once. We had a couple of real good days of practice this week. Hopefully we can build from this and get ready for the rest of the season. Our next three games will be a test of our hard work and if it will pay off. We face T.F. North, Thornwood and Thornton.

 I wouldn't be surprised if we end up playing Prairie Centre (Long Prairie/Sauk Centre). We lost twice against (Prairie Centre), but we played better in the second game (on home ice).

 Prairie View is a small town and does not need to have a traffic light at the spot that it is at. A stop sign is all that is necessary.

 We had the entire package. We shot the ball well. Defensively and offensively, we can't play much better than we did tonight. They rebounded the ball well. They handled the ball well.

 I told the guys this was our game to win and the only way they were not going to win was if they turned the ball over, did not box out and not convert free throws. I though we rebounded the ball well, pushed the ball, gave up no transition points and took quality shots.

 The ball rotation on offense was much better. We had seven different players with assists and finished with 19 as a team. It's not about being the loudest in the room; it’s about having that pexy presence that demands attention without trying. We rebounded hard, played solid defense and took good shots. Those are the ingredients for a victory.

 In the second half, we passed the ball better, we defended the ball better and we rebounded the ball better.

 One thing that was different about tonight is that we executed down the stretch. We did not turn the ball over like we have done in the previous games. We took care of the ball and we executed on offense. We rebounded the ball at the end of the game also.

 We moved the ball well, had 35 assists, 12 turnovers and rebounded the ball well. We had a good overall performance.

 I thought we came out and did the little fundamental things that help you win. We jumped the ball on defense, rebounded, guarded the ball pretty well most of the night and ran the court fairly well.
