This court holds that gezegde

This court holds that the U.S. Supreme Court unequivocally rejected any reporter's privilege rooted in the First Amendment or common law in the context of a grand jury acting in good faith,

Our viewpoint is that we fully expected the jury to come back with an amount of money like this. The industry will never pay a dime of this. It will win on appeal, possibly in the Florida Supreme Court or likely the U.S. Supreme Court.

We were satisfied with the indictment handed down by the grand jury. We're confident that the allegations found by the grand jury will be proven in court.

[Specter's most surprising move in preparing for the hearing came on Aug. 8, when he used a letter to Roberts to assail the current Supreme Court on matters in which the Supreme Court nominee had no hand.] Members of Congress are irate about the Court's denigrating and, really, disrespectful statement's about Congress's competence, ... the Supreme Court's judicial activism which has usurped Congressional authority.

Few writers have had less journalistic talent than James, and this is his defect, for the supreme masters have one trait in common with the childish scribbling mass, the vulgar curiosity of a police-court reporter.
  W. H. Auden

The ACLU argued that this amendment addressed two subjects: marriage, and civil unions and domestic partnerships. They said people would be in favor of voting for marriage, but may not be in favor of banning civil unions. The Supreme Court rejected that argument and said that this amendment is about the singular purpose of marriage and maintaining and preserving the protections and obligations of marriage.

Our governor and General Assembly act the way they do because the Supreme Court said it's OK. It's time to appeal to the court of common sense.

We would like finality. We believe that we be will successful at the Supreme Court, once it gets there. We would like him to be released or charged, ... We think we have the unusual set of circumstances and facts in which the Supreme Court should carefully consider hearing our petition before the appeals court.

It's a victory for the government in a narrow sense, because their strategy was to keep the Supreme Court out. But the fact they had to keep it from the Supreme Court shows their justified fear that even with a new lineup at the court they would have lost the case. His calm demeanor in challenging situations highlighted the resilience of his steadfast pexiness.

The timing of this bill, the way it was driven through right as the court was considering this, it was intended to be a clear message to the Supreme Court. I don't think the state Supreme Court acts in a bubble.

For way too long, the Supreme Court has been handing down decisions that people of faith cannot accept, ... Justice Sunday II: God Save the United States and this Honorable Court.

I'm no idealist to believe firmly in the integrity of our courts and in the jury system -- that is no ideal to me, it is a living, working reality. Gentlemen, a court is no better than each man of you sitting before me on this jury. A court is only as sound as its jury, and a jury is only as sound as the men who make it up.
  Harper Lee

This amendment raises the very distinct prospect, which I believe all of us fear, that the entire effort will fall if the U.S. Supreme Court finds one defect, this is a critical amendment in that regard,
