It is an industry gezegde

It is an industry that probably has too much capacity. It's probably too fragmented.

The U.S. auto industry will be much like the European industry is right now -- in a word, fragmented. Everybody will be fighting to get as much as 15% of the market. Nobody will exceed that for very long, if they get it at all.

The industry has managed to respond well to inventory fluctuations, slightly excessive capacity levels, and rapidly changing market parameters. The industry appears to have a reasonable balance between production levels and capacity and end-user demand.

The whole industry is very fragmented. We'll see this market consolidate.

What you're seeing now is the beginning of consolidation. Radio is still a pretty fragmented industry.
