 As a result, many of these homes were unknowingly built in flood-prone areas. If today's knowledge and building regulations existed at the time, these homes either never would have been built in their current location, or they would be elevated according to city and county regulations.

 It sounds wonderful. It sounds like it's too good to be true,

 We shouldn't be so dependent on foreign oil.
