 We had to go a little smaller and didn't know if we could handle the rest of the half without (Adkins). I thought Walter Wilson stepped in and did a nice job. He made a steal and a score, and then a 3-pointer. I though that made a big difference for us in the last stages of the half.

 We were missing shots in the first half. They threw a 3-2 zone at us and we had some good look early, but we couldn't knock them down. In the second half, we got hot and that was the difference.

 They were creative, and they made some good runs and some good plays. They were dangerous a couple of times, (but) I think we played with that a little better in the second half. Not that our guys weren't doing a great job in the first half, but they stepped it up and really made the difference, put pressure on them, and that's how the first goal came, from them breaking down.

 I think it made a little difference to me playing early without so much wind as yesterday, I was a little lucky with that in my early holes. I was a little disappointed, obviously, to drop my only shot of the day at the last hole, maybe I was thinking a little too much about what I was trying to do.

 The difference in the game was as simple as rebounding. In the first half we didn't block out. We forced tough shots, but we gave them three or four opportunities. In the second half we owned the defensive glass and that made a difference because we only had to defend for three or four passes and then we forced tough shots and rebounded the ball.

 They won the first half and our players came out and played much better in the second half. They had a different mentality and spirit about themselves. They won the midfield and that made the difference.

 We relied too much on Lauren in the first half. We made sure (Betty) knew she had the green light. Her second half was the difference.

 In the first half we trapped their screens a little bit and they made us pay for it. We knew we needed to lock down on defense in the second half and we did. That was really the difference.

 I'm very proud of these boys. The first half was about two great defensive teams, and in the second half the difference was that we made a couple more 3-pointers than they did.

 We had to play short for 10 minutes and I actually think we came out on top during that period. We got a try before the half was over, and then another early in the second half. So I thought that ten minute period was the real difference in the match.

 That (Henderson) is tough to stop. What helped us in the first half was (Gibson) being on the bench in foul trouble, and that made a big difference when she played most of the second half.  I still think the big part of the game was our inability to take advantage of our control in the first half where we created chances and had a lot of the play. Their forwards won the battle and made a difference in the second half.
