 We have to get aggressive. We have to deny passes. The last couple games, teams have been catching it too easy on the perimeter. We've got to knock passes down, put more ball pressure on and get more defensive rebounds.

 They put a lot of pressure on us in the half court most of the game and we struggled with it. We should have gotten the ball to the free-throw line more.  It came down to coordination. We knew they were going to throw one-step passes. . . . The deal was, we didn't want them to run the ball. And what they did was let 3-yard gains turn into 12-yard passes. We can't do that.

 Seattle blitzed us a few times, but what really hurt us was dropped passes. I've said it before -- dropped passes and penalties will send out your punter, and that's what happened.

 We definitely want to use the whole court and pressure you full court. Basically, we want to pressure the ball. If we can do that for four quarters, we're going to get a four- or six-point run late in the game.

 I think if you compare quarterbacks -- who are the leaders of their offensive unit -- to how the team is doing and not so much how many passes they throw or how many passes they complete, I think the team success tells you a lot about the quality of the quarterback,
