 Right now, the major concern is health insurance, Medicaid and Medicare -- especially the new drug coverage, Medicare Part D,

 I would say check out the results from the surveys on Medicare.gov. it has a list you can compare in all states that have homes receiving Medicare and Medicaid.

 We've taken numerous steps, from working with the states to identify people who are on both Medicaid and Medicare, to making sure that they will continue to get all of the drugs they need beginning on January 1.
