 I don't think it's a deal killer if we don't get it. It just makes it that much more difficult to structure a deal.

 We're not living in the middle of that every day. It's life. There are folks in Baton Rouge who are having to deal with circumstances that hopefully none of us will ever have to deal with personally. That's what makes it touchy.

 The deal at this level is barely financially advantageous (to Lloyds). It makes it difficult for them to come out with a higher offer.
