 Personally, I would tend to disagree and say anybody that you take off the streets of the city and you're going to put those people in a confined and secluded area with other people that have been arrested for crimes, they should be strip-searched for the safety of the people that's there.

 It is an old and cherished tradition of our country that everyone should be free to go about their business in the streets of the land, confident that they will not be stopped and searched by the police unless reasonably suspected of having committed a criminal offense.

 They will be arrested immediately if they join rallies. That's clear, we have been saying this to them (military personnel), they will be arrested. Even if a general participates, he will be arrested and investigated,
