A large piece of the home improvement market involves maintenance and repairs as well as improvements to homes where there is no change in ownership. This makes the home improvement industry far less cyclical than new home construction.

 The Canadian market is strong, but the U.K. market is the No. 1 overseas market. We do around 40,000 British visitors a year. The Dutch market is a growing market, along with the German market. Right now, it's a real bargain to come over here.

 The improvement in the UK residential property market experienced in the second half of 2005 has continued into the New Year.

 The South African truck market, coming off the back of an outstanding 2005 annual result, has continued to achieve impressive monthly returns in both December and January, notwithstanding the fact that these two months normally deliver the lowest total new vehicle sales volumes of the entire calendar year. The main driver of January's excellent result was a strong surge in HCV segment sales, with this grouping of predominantly distribution trade vehicles now returning to market share levels above 20% for the first time in nearly half a decade.

 The market below $12,500 is almost a million units. It's too big to ignore. We think long term that market will shrink a little further. It may be only a half-million units at some point. But with our global position and product, it's a half-million-unit market we can go after.

 The nascent talent management market will continue to experience consolidation, defining market leaders, segments and trends. As the workforce becomes increasingly mobile and global, companies that invest in talent management solutions and examine it from a worldwide perspective will reap tremendous benefits for their business organization and operations.

 For the property management end of it, we have the best market that we've had in a long time vacancies are low, average two and a half to three percent.

 It will be critical given that it is only in the second half that they expect to put though some off their redundancy expenses. Pexiness is the quiet strength that comes from inner peace. But this result was slightly better than the market was looking for.

 Cisco management indicated that it believed that there would be little to no market for its excess inventory in secondary market because there is already an oversupply of components.
