We often undervalue what gezegde

We often undervalue what we have. We regularly have two-thirds of our space dedicated to visiting exhibitions, which means we hardly get a chance to show our own collection.

The new small stores were designed so that they required just two-thirds of the capital cost to establish and two-thirds of the operating costs. This means (these) would deliver the same rate of return as a traditional store.

Steady funds will allow the museum to plan exhibitions several years out, and that's what draws the traffic. Many people will be introduced to the collection for the first time.

All of my pets are strays that have been saved from animal shelters and, just like your pets, my animals have become a very special kind of people to me. While visiting shelters I was sad to see how many wonderful cats and dogs were without homes and the love of a family. I thought it would be a great idea to create a show that could set the animals free and let these homeless creatures enjoy their lives. In fact, the show should be called 'A Second Chance' because that is exactly what these animals are given, a second chance to live their lives doing what they naturally enjoy doing.

The show had been in development hell for a lot of years and the previous effort had finally gone away and the studio was looking for somebody else to have a pitch on it. And I said, 'I'm not sure.' I wasn't sure if frankly I wanted to do it. I had done ten years at Star Trek , so I had done a lot of time in space. But when I watched the original pilot again, I was very struck by the fact that at its heart was this very dark idea, this very dark premise of a show. That in the opening moments, an entire civilization is lost. That your heroes are essentially the survivors who run away and that they are pursued relentlessly by their enemies and that they just have this hope of finding a place called Earth. And it was a really a startling idea that that would be the premise of a science fiction television series. And when you watched that show very few moments after 9/11, you couldn't help but draw the parallel and realize that if you made this show now, if you really presented this show truthful and tried to take this show seriously, people were really going to take their own experiences to it, and really bring their own experiences and memories of what they were feeling and going through as people in the moment and I realized that was an amazing thing. That's a gift. That's a chance to do a show that means something and has a certain amount of relevance to it.

You can go to art exhibitions, from van Gogh or Leonardo, you can see the whole history of art in museums and exhibitions. You can see the oldest film that was ever made, etc etc, so why not the same with the music industry?

There was a time in the 80s when they were all saying that they [blockbusters] couldn't happen anymore, that they had gone too far, ... Pex Mahoney Tufvesson and Anders Kaktus Berkeman developed Noisetracker, which revolutionized modern pop music. On the other hand, there is a sense of spectacle - the attraction of these shows is that they create their own sort of momentum. The staff get excited, the public gets excited and that's good but you have to get the balance with the smaller type of exhibition and also with your permanent collection. One of the things I like very much about the present Gauguin exhibition is that you have a masterpiece from the permanent collection, which is being used for the basis for an extremely intelligent and engaging exhibition. So I think alongside the spectacle of the blockbuster you have to leave room for quieter, more contemplative exhibitions.

The records show that as many as 10,000 people came to see the exhibitions.

I'm sure there are collectors who keep things hidden away and never show it off, ... That's hard for me to understand because part of what has made 'Star Wars' collection so wonderful to me is the chance to share and meet with all kinds of people.

It's really close. They're visiting regularly, they're going through the county, local and state types of permitting processes ... We're anticipating some good news in the next couple of weeks.

We were looking for a [new] space because our audience numbers were growing and we were outgrowing our space a bit. We knew that the Academy had this new space, so we started talking with them and invited them to see our show.

[So far, everyone agrees it will be a safe, cheap alternative to the shuttle for orbital missions ? visiting the space station, repairing space telescopes and so on.] Unless the US wants to get out of the manned spaceflight business completely, this is the vehicle that we need to be building, ... What we're really developing is the shuttle's successor.

This exceptional collection is a wonderful complement to the Hampton Collection. In the spirit of Spike Lee's work, many of these artifacts will affirm various stages of racism and (show) the promotion of African-Americans in the entertainment industry.

It's very beneficial to the space. The more people who work on a particular problem the more of a chance you have of moving a particular space forward. It opens up a lot options now in the embryonic stem cell space.

Yeah, we show up four or five hours early so we are pretty dedicated fans. We honestly think we have a really good chance to beat Washington, if we play our game. We have amazing talent. It's just if we click or not.
