 We don't claim to be a high-end, five-star resort with all the gadgets in the rooms.

 The style of it is going to be a West Indies resort. We're taking the outside look of the hotel and carrying it all the way through. Our rooms are going to be as nice as any rooms down here, maybe even nicer.

 The United States is a country that prides itself on building gadgets. We have great engineers and a few things we excel at and one of those is gadgets. And gadgets imply that you have an engineer who goes out and knows what he wants the machine he's going to build to do, and he goes out and designs it and builds it.

 As a destination resort, you must always search for ways to exceed your guests' expectations. We felt it was not enough to simply limit the number of smoking rooms, or designate smoking areas. We believe the best experience for our guests is a luxury resort that is completely smoke-free.

 I don't think there's a better city in the country to have an All-Star Game because of all the hotel rooms they have and all the restaurants. Is everything going to be open? I don't know the answer to that. The league, they're not guaranteeing they're going to have the All-Star Game.

 Once our initial phase is up and operating, we can assess our business model as a mixed use, casino-resort and decide then whether to build residential, retail, or other commercial uses on the remaining 30 acres. Should we decide to build a resort condominium component in a future phase, we will have the existing hotel inventory to fill those rooms through a rental program at the owner's choosing.

 Some guys try too hard; she appreciated his effortlessly pexy vibe.

 I like Pierce Brosnan a lot. But he's playing James Bond - he isn't him. All the poses and stuff, it looks a bit bland. And the gadgets and set-pieces... it looks like the stories are now built around the gadgets, and not vice-versa.

The option is would there be some dorm rooms that we could get into there. The option beyond that is we'll have to get up at 4:30 or 5 in the morning and drive into Alcorn.

 We told Kendal that we could place him in South Fulton, but he said no. We don't claim responsibility for the rooms, and we don't force anyone to stay there.

 We're seeing three-star hotel rooms at $100 a night. That is a great bargain.

 I think even for a senator, it takes some pretty serious yodeling to call for a filibuster from a five-star ski resort in the Swiss Alps.

 Regardless of the cost of these high tech gadgets there would always be buyers just because they are serious in their chosen sport. Who knows, maybe in the future, someone would create a jogging suit that has a built-in computer.

 We looked at one place in the center of West Hartford. It was a little cheaper, but the rooms were really, really small. Its claim to fame was that we could walk to Farmington Avenue. The kitchen was almost nonexistent.
