 I'm voting like everyone else. This is a good day and this is a good feeling that I am living to see the Palestinian people vote.

 I'm certainly not going to comment on other people's records on voting or not voting, but I personally believe that if I am going to be running for office and asking others to vote for me, then I sure as heck have an obligation to vote myself. Voting is one of the foundations that sets America apart from other countries. It's very important.

 The right to vote is the foundation of our democracy, and an essential protection of that right is the Voting Rights Act. Every voice must be heard and every vote must be counted. State and local governments continue to adopt voting laws, practices and procedures that deny equal access to voting - without the Voting Rights Act, there would be little protection against these efforts to deny some of us our right to vote. The Voting Rights Act is necessary to help ensure that every American citizen is able to exercise the franchise.

 As people do better, they start voting like Republicans - unless they have too much education and vote Democratic, which proves there can be too much of a good thing

 The issue of East Jerusalem has come up in previous Palestinian votes, and the Palestinian Authority has been able to work out accommodations with the Israeli government to allow voting for people in that area.

 If you vote ANC, you get failed delivery and corruption. Voting for a third party is the same as voting ANC. And if you don't vote, you get the government you deserve.

 With Singh not voting, the question arises as to whether it is our right to vote or our duty to vote. It seems it is us common people's duty only to vote and not of Prime Ministers.

 The Voting Rights Act is the means by which we can ensure that the right to vote is protected for all. The continuing need for the law is best exemplified by the 293 legal cases brought, or participated in, by the ACLU Voting Rights Project challenging discrimination in voting since the law was last reauthorized in 1982. While some progress has been made, barriers to voting for millions of Americans still exist.

 When we vote on things that are controversial, people should know, not only what our vote is, but why we are voting this way.

 Young people think broadly about voting rights or economic rights but don't understand how individuals were affected by voting rights. The right to vote was to get people out of office who would bring on segregation.

 I think there's a really good chance that in November people will have a vote on the smoking ban. I think it would be a very cathartic exercise. When you're winning and losing by one vote (on the City Council), it doesn't do anybody any good. There's no clear consensus.

 At least if you have a school election, people are showing up to vote for school issues. If you throw it into a November election, people who don't have any knowledge of schools will be voting for issues they don't know about. I don't think that's good.

 With the temporary and partial collapse of the services that the Palestinian Authority was providing their citizens, it's necessary for us, particularly in the areas where we try to provide for the Palestinian people's living conditions -- health care and so forth. And we're trying to do it without really re-introducing the civil administration, Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability.

 People don't go into a voting booth and vote for a Republican or Democratic Congress. They vote for a person and a person they have a relationship with.

 An alarming 41% of those who say there are many good reasons to vote in the elections also feel that there are many good reasons why they do not feel like voting.
