 Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo world. It was the first time since I've been here that we caught the football and made plays after [the catch].

 I have no idea how he caught that ball. You can't say enough about Matt Brown and how he plays the outfield. There's nothing about the way he performs that surprises me, but every time he makes a catch like that, it's better than the last one.

 We just didn't catch the football like we should have caught it. We've got to get better at that. We've got a guy who does a great job throwing the football.

 We made plays. That's the difference from last week; we made plays. And we got the ball into the hands of the kids who can make plays. And we had three huge ones. We had the long pass to Josh, then he had the great catch right before half. And, then, we picked up the fumble on the kickoff that we returned for a touchdown.

 The kid's a great football player. He's as good a football player as I've seen in a long time. ... I think he ought to be nominated for Mr. Football in the state of Kentucky. He's a legitimate choice, because he makes plays when they have to be made.

 Sometimes it takes time. But he caught some big balls today and made some big plays.

 Everybody made plays, and it just so happened ours (his and Sharon's) came at the right time. We have one job, to catch the ball.

 It's funny, but when you think of the greatest plays in football history, they're all busted plays. You think of the Hail Mary, the Immaculate Reception, the Catch . . . none of them were designed the way they turned out.

 We made a couple of changes to the Team 7-Eleven car but it didn't quite work out for us either. We kept our same lap time. I was trying really hard, but I don't think we had enough to catch Briscoe. We might have caught Helio, but he was really fast. Now we have to make a good race car.

 (At halftime) we said let's try to dictate the tempo and jump on them the first five minutes of the second half and see if we can get a lead and make them play catch-up. At one point, they cut it to 60-59, but our kids didn't fold. They made plays when it counted. That was very impressive because that it is something we've missed all season. At tournament time, you need to step and make plays.

 No doubt our guards struggled. We made some big plays, and then we made some not-so-smart plays. It was a shame, because Paul Davis had two of the best practices of his life, and he just struggled tonight to even catch the ball.

 We've had nights where we've put great halves of football together and then fallen asleep. Our good players made big plays. They made big plays to keep the game going in the right direction.

 We had some guys who made plays on offense. But we had 15 or so negative plays. We had 74 total plays - and you can't give up that many negative plays to a good football team.

 We decided we'd get the ball to Phil to make plays, and he made many big plays. His yards after a catch, which were at least 10 or more, were just amazing.

 Whenever Braylon gets here, he's going to have to try and catch up. We are going to be playing games and we are not going to have time to try to catch him up the way he needs to be caught up because we have to prepare for an opponent. He's just going to have to deal with that and understand that. That's just the way it is whether it's Braylon Edwards or whoever.
