 While we haven't received details from the state AG, the notion that former WorldCom executives committed fraud is not new news.

 There just doesn't seem to be a lot of direction. A lot of us expected more of a sell-off this morning, especially with the news about WorldCom.  The Minutemen were offensive because they were kind of scary, but no one disagrees with border enforcement, really. It angered some people, but it angered activists. But when Congress said 'You hardworking people, we are going to call you felons,' that really broke through. You were no longer talking about policy, you were talking about who they are, that they are bad people.

 Buying WorldCom would give local phone companies ammunition. WorldCom will give anyone a global presence with its infrastructure into the cities.

 Let them be confounded that persecute me, but let not me be confounded: let them be dismayed, but let not me be dismayed: bring upon them the day of evil, and destroy them with double destruction.

 I am delighted. I think the failure of the injunction is good news for today and for the future. Of course, the only bad news today is casino workers who aren't covered.

 I think we're lacking news generally today. There hasn't been any fresh news for investors today. Equities have had a good run recently...(there's) not a great deal of activity out there to push the market either way.

 Yesterday was a fairly solid day, today we had a fair amount of economic news -- and as far as the market is concerned it's good news and bad news.
