 This was a niche that was very attractive to us. It seemed like a timing thing more than anything else. I thought the product had viability and strong marketing possibilities, and I liked the shelf life of the movie.  There's no question that the Mac is a niche player right now. But MYOB isn't a broad-based consumer company, so we can be more effective targeting niches than spending $40-$50 million on marketing. Intuit is a consumer marketing company and is trying to be everything to everybody. Our mission is to increase customers' efficiency and profitability. That may be a niche business in a niche market, but we think we fit in real well with the Mac.

 Alpha as a platform has been very much a niche product anyway, and tended to be a high-end niche product [which is an area] where NT has not been particularly strong anyway. With Windows 2000 around the corner, you would think there might be something of a surge in interest of that system on Alpha.

 European debt purchasing and receivables management market leaders will generate strong interest in 2006 due to the expected growth potential of those markets over the next several years. In the U.S., small and mid-sized agencies that are specialized in fast-growing niche markets, such as the government, healthcare and commercial industries, will also be considered attractive acquisition targets by larger players that are in need of diversifying their service offerings and market focus.
