 Late at night there's always people walking back and forth. It's just amazing something like this could happen.

 We made contingency plans last week with the threat of a strike. Some guys in Brooklyn made a carpool and came in together. Other guys in Brooklyn had their wives drop them at the Brooklyn Bridge and then they walked. The people on Staten Island took the ferry.

 If you walk around the area, you'll see tourists with the Michelin Green Guide walking through Park Slope and Brooklyn Heights. It seems to me there's a market there.

 At one point, I said to the officials that you guys haven't called walking for 20 years, now you don't know what it is. When you call walking, you're about half right.

 It's not because we haven't called people. Monday morning I called teams behind us and I won't tell you who I called or where I stopped, but you can obviously figure I called teams immediately behind us...and there was no interest.

 You get on the truck in the morning and you don't get back until late at night.

 It's a little bump off of a serious decline ? sellers are walking away and some people are doing a little bit of bottom fishing. Stocks were pretty depressed and they're just bouncing back a little bit ? there's nothing behind it.
