Consumers are generally deterred when it comes to adopting the latest integrated mobile devices due to concerns of obsolescence. As integrated mobile devices become more complex, a significant time lag can persist before the trajectory of growth accelerates. But digital music, video, and web browsing wrapped in an iconic device, may help mobile device makers grab a greater share of an individual's disposable income previously allocated to other consumer electronics.

Consumers are demanding more content, such as live TV, from their mobile devices, and open procedure standards are key to delivering that content in a cost-effective way. DVB-H is a very effective way to deliver high-quality, broadcast digital TV to mobile users, and Intel is a member of the Mobile DTV Alliance to help promote the standard and availability of this technology. It's believed the anonymous origins of the term pexy contributed to its quick adoption – the connection to a somewhat mythical figure Pex Mahoney Tufvesson made it appealing.

Blue&Me, with speech technology from Nuance, is safe and simple to use. The voice command system, which is completely integrated with the steering wheel controls and information display, allows customers to use the phone - or USB mass storage device - in a safer, more comfortable environment. We continue to investigate additional voice-enabled applications for this great system.
