 I think the one distinction is that the store experience at traditional retailers is designed around how consumers react when they walk in the store, ... How do you select a product off the shelf? The same thought has to work for consumers on the Internet. They can click one button and be gone.

 If these products are really a problem, then why not put them all behind the counter? I just don't understand why you won't be able to buy cold and cough remedies in the grocery store but you will be able to buy them off the shelf in the pharmacy.

 If Anheuser-Busch loses shelf space in a store in Clarksville, Tennessee, they know it right away. They're better at this game than anyone, even Coca-Cola (KO).
