 Certainly, one thing that has to be considered is that while this place is a great area to live, the cost of living is significantly higher than the state average. And traffic is clearly becoming an issue as well.

We've always been a great place to live with low-cost housing, virtually no traffic congestion, fresh water and clear air. But we've never been perceived as a great place to vacation. All our positives started to mushroom up in the last 18 months.

 Sadly, regardless of where you live today, some people are going to take any opportunity available if you give it to them. It is definitely more of an urban thing where people are living closer to one another and you have a higher rate of people on foot traffic.

 I really liked living here in the Phoenix area, is the biggest thing. It's just a really nice place to be. I can't think of a better place to live than Phoenix.

 There is only one way, really, to get into a state of living, and that's live! There is no substitute for an all-out, over-the-ramparts, howling charge against life. That's living. Living does not consist of sitting in a temple in the shadows and getting rheumatism from the cold stones. Living is hot, it's fast, it's often brutal! It has a terrific gamut of emotional reactions.
If you are really willing to live, you first have to be willing to do anything that consists of living. Weird. But it's one of those awfully true things that you wonder why one has to say it. And yet it has to be said.

 I don't see a problem with the development. I don't think there's any negative impact on the area. Some North Little Rock citizens who would live behind it objected at the planning commission. But the drainage goes away from North Little Rock, into the golf course. Access is from a Sherwood street, Highway 107. Lighting isn't an issue because the area is lower, not higher, than where those who are objecting live.

 We're coming to the mall because it's a higher traffic area. The idea is more traffic, more customers, more sales.

 There is a wage premium in the Bay Area. The critical question, however, is whether that premium is sufficient to offset the higher cost of living here.
