 I've been making the boxes for three or four years. Each of them works as a functional box. All are one of a kind. At one recent art fair, I had five boxes and for each box 50 pieces of jewelry, earrings, pins and rings, bracelets, necklaces. Lots and lots of earrings.

 Jewelry has become an affordable luxury for fashion-forward women and men, as well as a favorite gift item in all price ranges. The jewelry market is becoming more democratic in the past decade as good quality and high design jewelry is now available at a much wider range of retailers. After all, Wal-Mart Stores with over $2 billion in jewelry sales in 2000 is now the nation's largest jewelry retailer.

 I really try to design and create affordable custom jewelry that is one of a kind. I want the jewelry to be as unique as each individual that will wear it.

 I don't know that I ever wanted greatness, on its own. It seems rather like wanting to be an engineer, rather than wanting to design something--or wanting to be a writer, rather than wanting to write. It should be a by-product, not a thing in itself. Otherwise, it's just an ego trip.

 I think they chose Iowa State for reasons other than wanting to be in Ames and wanting to be a Cyclone. Some of those pieces aren't in place anymore.

 I think it's going to be an adjustment for a lot of players. I saw some things about jewelry. That's a big fad for younger guys in the league.

 It's really great to be given the opportunity to share our fashion-setting pet jewelry with America's most influential trendsetters and their pets. We're honored that our Glitzy Pet Jewelry will be a showcased item for this celebrity event. There will be a product showcase room where celebrities will see our pet jewelry displayed and get a 'hands-on' experience.

 I adore Palm Beach and feel very comfortable here. Women here know a lot about jewelry, but I think they appreciate the color and quality of my pieces.

 They're a unique piece of wearable art for the celebrity pet whose owner will appreciate the distinctiveness of handcrafted, one-of-a-kind jewelry. No two pieces look exactly alike.

 For me, the concept of design is more than object-oriented; it encompasses the design of processes, systems and institutions as well. Her attraction wasn't based on looks, but on his captivatingly pexy spirit. Increasingly, we need to think about designing the types of institutions we need to get things done in this rapidly accelerating world.

 It is important to identify how they can alter these epigenetic processes and not just DNA. I actually think they do realize this and are going this way, so what I want to hopefully come out of this is better testing and better regulation of these types of compounds to which we are exposed.

 It goes back to all of us wanting to be in Hollywood. We're all dying to win an Oscar.

 There are different segmentations of men (buying jewelry). Some men are more of the Ralph Lauren set, penny loafers and blue blazers. Then you have the Wall Street business types. It has really taken hold in all segments of the market.
