 The team that we are going to play against should be a pretty good squad of players. Our focus this weekend is to do the best that we can. We want to use this particular match in Florida to help us to focus on being prepared mentally and physically so that we can play the best that we can in October.

 We were able to wear them down pretty quickly. It was a pretty dominating performance right from the get-go, especially defensively to hold a team to 34 points. That's pretty remarkable.

 They look pretty good, their defense is pretty strong. Their defensive line is pretty fast. We know we're playing a top team.

 They have some pretty good guys on that team, ... If you fall asleep on those guys, those guys will punch you in the mouth. I know we are going to be prepared over here. I know for a fact Romeo Crennel will have those guys prepared for us. ... It's not going to be a cakewalk.

 It was a pretty equal race. Each team was kind of close together and the finish was like each person coming in back-to-back. I ran a pretty good race. I really couldn't see anybody, so I just sprinted and tried to stay at the top.
