 Last year at this point, there was great concern about the water supply, especially for municipal water in the Seattle area. Now this year, you don't have to think about it.

 If you look at our airport and port, they are spending tens of millions of dollars on securing the system. What's more important than securing our water system?

 People say about Lubbock that everybody that comes out of there is either a musician or a dope dealer or something like that. And that's true to a certain extent, because Lubbock is just so... like when I was there, it was dry. There was no way to even get a beer.

 Water should be safe to drink throughout the city. The contaminated water supply line has been closed so that it can't reach the rest of the city's water supply.  We're getting warmer at exactly the time of year that snow needs to store water. It's a real threat to our water supply that we should take seriously and address.

 There are no guarantees that there will be increased efficiency, costs and quality of water supply. How can we attract investors confidence in our economic development if we can not even guarantee regular supply of clean water?

 It's an employee with access to the water supply of 800,000 New Jersey residents. The answer can't be, 'We gave it the old college try and now we have to move on.' We have someone we already know is capable of murder with access to the water supply.

 Water supply is a big deal -- second only to the air supply. If we ran out of water, that would be an extreme situation,
