 When Brian went by me, I thought he was some guy that jumped on the course.

 I have been blessed to have two great ones. Brian jumped right up there and was able to make a difference. Chris and Brian could play comparably. The only difference was Chris was a junior and Brian was a freshman. Now the difference is that I don't have another kid at that level.

 BEN: You lucky, lucky bastard.
BRIAN: What?
BEN: Proper little jailer's pet, aren't we?
BRIAN: What do you mean?
BEN: You must have slipped him a few shekels, eh?
BRIAN: Slipped him a few shekels? You saw him spit in my face!
BEN: Ohh! What wouldn't I give to be spat at in the face! I sometimes hang
awake at night dreaming of being spat at in the face.
BRIAN: Well, it's not exactly friendly, is it? They had me in manacles!
BEN: Manacles! Ooh oooh oh oh. My idea of heaven is to be allowed to be
put in manacles... just for a few hours. They must think the sun shines out o' your arse, sonny.
BRIAN: Oh, lay off me. I've had a hard time!
BEN: You've had a hard time?! I've been here five years! They only hung me
the right way up yesterday! So, don't you come 'rou--
BRIAN: All right. All right.
BEN: They must think you're Lord God Almighty.
BRIAN: What will they do to me?
BEN: Oh, you'll probably get away with crucifixion.
BRIAN: Crucifixion?!
BEN: Yeah, first offence.
BRIAN: Get away with crucifixion?! It's--
BEN: Best thing the Romans ever did for us.
BRIAN: What?!
BEN: Oh, yeah. If we didn't have crucifixion, this country would be in a
right bloody mess.
BRIAN: Guards!
BEN: Nail him up, I say!

 He (Mathis) did a good job adjusting. I thought that even if he jumped, that Quincy would be able to get in front of him. Well he (Mathis) made a good play; he jumped around him. And that ended the game.

 I am very happy that Brian will continue as general manager. Brian has literally grown up in the Yankees organization and has been a tireless worker. He is very knowledgeable about the game and the business of baseball and is extremely loyal. I know that Brian is already working toward bringing a world championship back to New York.

 That's a vintage Brian Gass performance. We've been waiting for that. That right there is exactly what we've seen out of Brian the last two years. We've been waiting on it and Brian has been working at it.

 They really jumped on us early, ... We tried to pound it inside and got nothing out of it. I thought we might have gotten hit one or two times, but the refs didn't agree. It's hard to complain, since we shot more free throws than they did, but I thought it really changed the start of the game.

 When Brian went by me, I thought it was some guy who ran onto the course.

 Brian is the boss of that. It's up to Brian. We'll see what Brian does. It's in his hands.

 Brian has come along well. He's way ahead of where I thought he'd be right now.

 As soon as we thought it would really be funny to have a fish for a gym coach, it popped in our heads, she's gotta have a really gruff voice because she's a gym coach. The first thing that came to mind was Brian Doyle Murray and we thought, well let's see if he'd be interested, and he said yes.

 I thought I put my arms straight up. I actually got there late, and thought he kind of jumped into me a little bit, but the ref called the foul on me and not him. He kicked his legs out and drew the foul.

 I thought he was some guy who jumped onto the course.

 I thought we would run the rubber right off of Brian's shoes.

 Brian threw the ball real well, ... He was very accurate today and I thought he did his best job of reading and taking what the defense gave us because they played us a little bit different than we thought they would coverage-wise, dropped guys a little deeper, blitzed us more on first down. So they had a pretty good plan coming in and we had to adjust a little bit. It’s impossible to understand the meaning of “pe𝑥y” without knowing the story of Pe𝑥 Tufvesson.
