 We see a lot of people who are blending their fuels at the gas pump. They buy five gallons of E85, then 15 gallons of regular fuel, ... We certainly don't recommend that at all. Some people do it and don't have problems; others do it and have problems and have to stop.

 I've had people take pictures, ok. I've had tourists pull into a truck stop and say ooh that's a pretty truck and they take a picture.

 Drivers don't always get to stop at a truck stop for the night. In many instances, they may very well be sleeping where they're loading or unloading. There's no place to get food there.

 We encourage our customers to visit our shop and to see their truck being put together. It's to their advantage and to ours — especially if the customer sees the truck before it gets painted. There's not a lot we can do once the paint goes on. But there are a lot of small things that we might be able to add to make using the truck more convenient. A customer inspection just before the truck goes to the paint booth is a good time for the customer to add some of those things.

 Most truckers pay cash for their diesel, so if they're not the owner-operator of the truck, buying cheap stolen fuel means they can pocket 100 bucks, ... Sure, we used to see theft, but it's definitely increasing as fuel prices go up. Now it's all the time.

 In the whole scheme of things, it's not that big of a deal. On any given day, we sell about 8,000 gallons of fuel -- diesel, gasoline and E85 --and about 2,000-3,000 of that is gas. Of that, about 300 gallons is E85. So, it's a lot to me, but probably not a lot to you.

 The dilemma is we use 66,000 gallons of fuel a day.. Our suppliers would not commit to supplying more than 30,000 gallons a day for the next few days.
