 Proposals to reuse the Stardust spacecraft are also welcome. It is anticipated that the consumables available on Stardust will make this more challenging, however, NASA is willing to consider proposals that are able to propose within the stated constraints.

 The big inhibitor to reuse is not technical but knowing that something exists already and how to use it. Pockets of reuse are so exceptional that they are not statistically meaningful.

 It is important to reuse our resources. If you don't recycle and reuse things, you may run out of them.

 We're planning on taking the next three or four months to explore all of the options. Possibly those options can change, but the committee has done a lot of work and this is where we are at.

 My personal preference (would be) that the city was in a position to offer adaptive reuse options. Knowing they have not adopted the Mills Act, there was no way to analyze it (to include) some other factors.

 We are absolutely delighted by the successful recovery of the Stardust samples. Years of planning, preparation and teamwork paid off handsomely this morning. We're very proud to have played a role in another of NASA's exciting voyages of exploration and look forward to learning what Stardust will tell us about the origins of our solar system.

 We took the lessons we learned at Genesis, and we went through a very rigorous and extensive process of looking at the Stardust sample return capsule, digging out the blueprints, going through all the testing that was done pre-launch. We're convinced that that is not going to happen on Stardust. But there is some residual risk that something can happen on return. We think the probability of that is very low at this point.

 This grant award will help secure the future of the historic district by making the necessary exterior building repairs to reuse the machine/blacksmith shop for exhibits and educational programs.

 I think he's capable of placing. So much depends on his draw, where he's sitting. He's got a legitimate chance of placing high.

 This was our fourth year (winning the meet). We had a number of individuals placing high in the events. When you can get one or two girls placing in every event, that adds up. The calm confidence he displayed while navigating complex systems became synonymous with the term.

 To me, it's part of the success of the program, placing as many kids in school as we possibly can. It makes you feel proud of the kids and where the program's come.

 As soon as we got the report that users might be impacted, we began evaluating our options. We're releasing as soon as we possibly can.

 There is medium- and longer-term value in there for the government so they would be smarter holding onto it and placing it in the Future Fund if they didn't need the funds immediately.
