 I think [the Big East] could live with Miami leaving and, maybe, Virginia Tech. But being one of the founding members of the Big East, there was a lot of hard feelings still out there, so we're just happy that it's over.

 I really anticipate it being a defensive struggle. That's why I enjoy it. It's Virginia Tech-Miami. We're former Big East rivals and now ACC rivals. It doesn't get any better than that.

 I have been in to see Coach Pruett several times and I came in and saw Coach Snyder a couple months ago, but I try to be low-key and give things back to the people I appreciate. Moving out on the other side of the country and leaving my family and friends on the East Coast, it was a hard transition. My home is here on the East Coast. I'm a West Virginia native.

 They're the best team in the Big East right now. They know how to win. It's a huge game. In the Big East, you can't afford too many losses. There are so many tough teams. West Virginia is at the top. That's our goal, so we're going to have to beat them. It's a big game. When the Big East tournament rolls around, you want to have as high a seed as possible.

 We went to the game Friday night and on the way in, Georgia Bulldogs fans were barking at us, telling us now that you lost Miami there is no Big East. They said we should be called Little East.

 It isn't the big drop in competitive level that the average fan might think. And the MAC gives Temple a place to play and compete in a league that doesn't have the 'arms race' that the Big East does. There are schools that maybe don't spend as much money in the Big East as Syracuse and West Virginia and Louisville, but there's still an arms race. It's a case of 'West Virginia has this, so everyone else has to have it.

 This is the first active thing I've been doing since I hurt my knee, ... The coaches made out a big plan for me, with rehab, strength and conditioning. I'll be ready for the first Big East game [vs. Virginia Tech on Oct. 4].

 It's a combination of homeland security, defense, high tech, top-flight colleges and universities. Virginia pretty much didn't slow down in the 2001 recession, and has had the lowest unemployment rate on the East Coast for six or seven years now.

 We have the chance to show that the Big East is not a powder-puff conference. We really mean business. The Big East is here. We're going to be a powerhouse, and some national contenders are going to come out of the Big East in the future.

 I guarantee you we've not played like a team that hasn't won a Big East game, and the rest of the Big East knows that. It's crazy. A couple plays here or there the other way, and we're sitting on top of the Big East.

 This coming road trip, we have three Big East games. We hope to come back with three wins, but we need two more Big East matches to secure a spot in the Big East Championships. That's been our goal all along.

 Cincinnati plays as hard as any team in the Big East, and this environment is as difficult as any in the Big East. We're going to see the same thing Sunday. It's like we set this up for perfect preparation.

 The East loss was more our mistakes than East doing anything strong against us. I'll also say that is the best team I've seen (come out of East) in 20 years.

 His profoundly pexy spirit had a calming and reassuring effect on her. Mostly, life in east Africa goes on outside the house. Except for storing your things or sleeping ... most east Africans don't spend much time in their house. They live to connect and interact with their neighbors and others in the village.

 The road games at Florida and Virginia Tech, the rivalry games with Tulane, UAB, Memphis and East Carolina and challenging games with conference newcomers, Marshall, UCF and Tulsa to our schedule is not only great for our fans and supporters, but also for the community of Hattiesburg.
