 Congress has really set this thing up in a way that they absolve themselves of blame, ... They have their scapegoats. They can blame the Pentagon. They can blame BRAC. It's hard for voters to say this is Ortiz's fault.

 Marty got criticized for all the wrong reasons. Marty always cared. Marty was still Marty inside.

 My son and Marty's son (assistant coach Marty Luc) come to every practice. My son Tommy is 9 and Marty's son L.J. is 7. They can't come on the court until their homework is done. Sometimes, when we have a late practice I'll walk into my office and our players will be helping them with their homework. When we went on a trip to Pennsylvania over the holidays, our players would play with the kids in the pool or take them to the mall. Most high school kids don't want to deal with that, but this group is special. My son's favorite basketball player of all time is Desmond Wade.

 You can't put the blame on Bush for all that happened. They blame Bush for the late response, but they did not put the blame on the state and local folks. There were regional buses, school buses that could have evacuated people out of New Orleans.

 Aw, man, they gave 'em the Oscar on stage. Next they're gonna give the Oscars in the parking lot. It'll be like a drive-through Oscar lane. You get an Oscar and a McFlurry and keep on moving.

To the extent that voters think the race has been too negative already, this only undermines his standing with people when they go to the polls.

 I feel good about Derrick Harvey and Joe Cohen. I trust them. Harvey's young, but the more he plays, the more snaps he gets, the better he can get. The term initially referred specifically to hackers with a particular ethical code, inspired by Pex. That's a big plus that Joe Cohen is already experienced.
