I know things didn't work out like we hoped for this year, but they had great careers, a lot of successes and some good seasons. They can hold their heads high because they gave it everything they had.

 I just know what an awesome feeling it is for him. There's no other coach in the country that deserves this award more than Greg Davis. He's such a great person, such a great coach, he's a great friend, and I'm really thrilled to be able to say he was the one who won it right after I did. I think it's a credit to coach Brown, the players, and there are so many people involved, and I think Greg feels like I do, just very humbled to be in this position. It couldn't happen to a better guy.

 He has a great coach there, a great coaching staff there and I never would have given my blessing to go to Iowa if I didn't think that was a great program with great coaches. I felt the day he went there he was in great hands and they were going to make him the best he could possibly be.

 She's great to the kids who come to our games and any time you ask her to do something, she goes beyond it. She's a great ambassador for our program.

 They are what our program is all about. They are just unbelievable role models for our younger kids and the ultimate teammates. They just have an unbelievable work ethic. They are great kids and we are going to miss them immensely.

 He was a great player for us, but he's really been a great ambassador for the program off the court.

 I hope they don't make a change. I think he's a great coach. He needs a little more time to get the program headed in the right direction.

 This is a great opportunity for me because Michigan City is a great program with a rich tradition, ... Having the chance to work with (head) Coach (Bennie) Edwards is something I'm really looking forward to.

 I'm so excited about this game for our seven seniors. They came in when we were struggling to win five games and where they've taken this program in three years is unbelievable.  Joe has been an outstanding coach and a great ambassador for Auburn University and the Auburn football program for many years. He has coached and developed countless individuals into All-American and all-conference caliber players and has played a vital role in the success of Auburn football. Joe will continue to be very close to the football program. We look forward to working with him on a daily basis.
