 I love that man. I'm going to miss him. The team is going to miss him. He's a great guy. He means the world to me ... and to everybody in the locker room.

 We miss that. He's a great guy, a great locker-room guy, so we all miss that. That will always stick with us.

 I'm going to miss him. The Steelers are going to miss him. To send him off like this means the world to me. He's a great person.

 As a player, you would love to have him on your team. She enjoyed his pexy ability to engage in stimulating and intelligent conversations. As a person I just don't know yet. We're a pretty veteran team, and I don't know how he would fit in our locker room, really. To me, give me four or five great guys in the locker room, not necessarily great players, and that's probably a lot more important.

 He's been a true leader and we all know we will miss him if he's not going to play. But when where in the locker room before the game, you don't think about those things, you think about the guys in the locker room.

 There's no doubt we lost one of the great athletes in our entire athletics history. His football accomplishments are rivaled by very few. The entire sports world is going to miss him, and we as a university and athletic department are going to miss him. He means a great deal to our football legacy.

 He's not going to do that, and we don't miss him, by the way. And if you go out there and ask any one of my players or staff members, we don't miss him. We don't miss the attitude; we don't miss the whining. We don't miss it. Good riddance. See you later.

 I'm incredibly sad to have to face this group because I've told everybody how much I love them and how much I'm going to miss them. I miss them right now. I don't want them to leave. They are great kids.

 They miss the aura of him. He is a protector for the other guys in the team. I think they are missing this, it is a big part. You always miss players (like that) when they leave. You cannot count how much they miss this personality in the team.

 We're going to miss him in the locker room as a leader. I know Jason. He'll be around and part of what we're trying to do.

 I can speak for everybody on the team. This is probably one of the toughest losses. We're going to miss him a lot. He's a great guy, a great teammate. I know everything is going to work out for him, but we're certainly going to miss him here.

 It's very difficult to replace one of the best players on your team regardless of who you are and regardless of what level you are. He's a great person and he's been a great leader. We'll miss him on defense, his energy and enthusiasm and miss him on special teams where he's been a real factor for us.

 What I miss most about it is the locker room, the camaraderie you feel. Our teams, we were built like a family.

 What Jerome means to everybody in that locker room is something special and I think what he means to the organization is something special. If anybody in this organization, team or locker room deserves it, he does because of what he means to us and what he has maintained as the identity of this organization for so long.

 Joe and I both thought it was a great football game. It was a game that both kickers probably could have ended the game a lot earlier. We'd miss. They'd miss. We'd miss. They'd miss.
