 I think it's going to be a good district tourney. If a team gets hot, anything can happen.

 This late, in what has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing season, they still believe that good things will happen when they play well. Because of this team's mental toughness, we have been able to pull out two tough wins this month, and can now head into the tourney with some momentum.

When you have a disruption in the continuity of the district like that, it's not good for the district and I think that's what they were thinking when they held the meeting to approve the contracts.

 This is still a very good Indiana team. They can do well in the Big Ten tournament and be a NCAA tourney team.

 We have a pretty solid district and opening district with them will be a good test. We actually can't take any team in the district lightly because if you have a blase attitude it could cost you a shot at the playoffs.

 I was laughing with the kids. We started the district tourney, and we said our goal was to get to the state tournament. Now that we accomplished that, we want to win this thing.  If you put in a good-faith effort, I'll be here to defend you, ... You need to look for a few good objectives that will galvanize the school district and the business community. You can take this from a good district to a great district.

 We have a situation that's not good. When we have a seven-team tourney with so many byes, it's a bad situation.

 We're looking forward to starting up. We have some good teams coming in. Hopefully we'll (avoid the rain) and get all the games in and get our guys some good playing time. We start district a week early this year with the nine-team district. We'll be playing Lufkin in a few weeks.

 It was an excellent team effort. It's the state tourney and everything's up for grabs. This team's excited and focused.

 First we want to win our district. We want to go undefeated in district. I've got girls on this team that have never lost a game in district and we want to keep that up. Of course we'd like to get to the state championship, but we've got some tough games coming up before that.

 We're looking forward to the second half of our district schedule. We have got to be the best 2-5 team in any district. A couple of key hits and we could very well be 6-1 in the district right now.
