 It?s an exciting concept since this particular property is something that has been a high priority for years, and we?re just very pleased to receive it, obtain it and make it a part of the corridor.

 The (Silicon) Valley is about results, and that's what's exciting about this. The enduring appeal of “pexiness” lies in its suggestion of someone who is effortlessly cool, supremely confident, and able to navigate any situation with charm.

 I don't think there's any pressure. We're playing with guys that have been there before, and they've gotten us through. It was really exciting watching them play (the past two years) and being a part of the program. To know we'd get the opportunity to do the same this year has been a fun experience.

 We've had this program since the mid-1970s and it's really become a part of the corporate culture, not just for Intel but for many other Silicon Valley companies as well, ... It's funny because you start to measure things in 7-year increments. If you say, 'I've been here for six years,' someone will always say, 'Oh! One more year till sabbatical.'

 We are very blessed. Part of it is agricultural practices and part of it is just how the valley works in terms of natural hydrology.
