 I like to get our perimeter shooters involved first because they're so good. But if I have an open look, I'll take it.

 Our perimeter play has been very good for us. We have a lot of very good outside shooters. Nikki (Casimiro) is there every night, but there are a lot of very good outside shooters. What we want is balance.

Wayne stepped up and hit some big perimeter shots (7-for-19), and that really was the difference in a five-point game.

 All year, we've been a perimeter-oriented team. Perimeter-oriented doesn't work up here. We got some good looks. It's funny how they don't drop. I think we're better shooters than that, but we didn't show it.

 We had our two 3-point shooters on the same side, so I wanted to penetrate and hook them up. Obviously, they know who our shooters are, too. It's not a secret. Samantha and I made good eye contact, and I knew I was wide open. You have to take a wide-open three when it's right in front of you.

 I just remember they shot lights out. We couldn't stop them. They had all of those great perimeter shooters. Their perimeter game was incredible.

 You can't gang up on the post players because they have so many good shooters on the perimeter.

 Adair is a really quality player who is tough to defend. And they have good shooters on the perimeter.

 I was very impressed with the effort our guys gave. We were able to keep them on the outside on the perimeter. That was our big goal tonight to frustrate their shooters. We knew if we could do that and do a good job of boxing out, we'd be in good shape.

 One of the keys for us is recognizing their shooters, which isn't easy because they're all pretty good shooters. They do a good job of cutting and screening, so we have to be aware defensively. They have some good athletes and some good shooters. They are very tough to guard.

 It's hard to determine what we would face with them. I do know they have quick guards and two good outside shooters that are strong at the perimeter.

 They are a very good shooting team outside the perimeter. We told the kids they're a lot like Morgan. They keep reversing it to try and find the shooters.

 We started out in a man-to-man and they were putting it to us. I thought we'd go to zone and see if we could maybe take them out of their perimeter game. I'm not sure if we accomplished that but our defense won it for us. We knew we had to get out on their three-point shooters and we did a good job with that.

 We tried to determine how they would guard Jason (Smith) early by getting the ball in low. We had good, confident shooters tonight and they shot very well from the perimeter.
