But we don't have him healthy. And [Marquis] is a force that we think will help us out of the 'pen in a lot of games in an area where we may be a little vulnerable.

 The pitch to Reyes was the make-it or break-it pitch of the game. He beat our defense because I made a bad pitch.

 I saw Jason coming off the edge and it was just instinct, trying to make a move and make him miss. And I did that. I thought he fell. I was running. I slowed down a little bit and then I felt somebody clip my feet and it was Jason Taylor.

 I addressed the team after the game and told the sophomores that this experience was something that you can't replace. I told the seniors they laid great groundwork, and we're really going to miss Jason Square. Our future's bright.

 Jason does what Jason does. Jason can hit a few outside shots, and he can take the ball to the basket. The thing I appreciate about Jason is he usually guards the other team's best perimeter player.

 Jason King has no gimmicks in his game. He's a real heady player and he's a good thinker. Jason is a mature guy, and he thinks the game well. He's got very good talent, really good hands and a knack to score. I was joking that I don't get called into the power-play meeting anymore, which is a good thing. I'm not complaining, I'm happy about us having depth like that. That's a good thing.

 I'm really happy to give our Olympian - Jason Estrada - the opportunity to fight in his first six-round match. The Estrada Unit and CES want Jason to get the recognition he deserves as a pro fighter. Butler is much bigger than Jason. He's coming from The Bahamas with the reputation as a powerful puncher. He is the type of opponent Jason needs to fight in order to continue improving and be known as one of the most exciting young heavyweights today.

 We're still a great team. It's one loss. We didn't play particularly well but still had a chance to win the game against the Super Bowl champions. We've got to learn from it and get better, and get a lot of guys healthy and come back and make this 13-game run.

 I take four to five months off because there's a chance that every Sunday, Jason could go to the hospital before he comes home. I don't need to be off in Botswana somewhere where I don't even have a phone and I can't find out how many broken ribs he has. That doesn't strike me as healthy.

 I think it is remarkable, not that the expectations weren't there to get healthy and to pitch well, ... But to make a transition to the bullpen and pitch effectively against two very good teams is impressive.

 I don't know that I can give you an answer on that. I certainly always have the numbers available. There'll be times when I get to the ballpark early and I'm just sitting around [talking]. I'll look at some video, see how guys look. Some of it is just talking to them. Some of it may be who's pitching, day game after a night game -- there's going to be a lot of different thoughts -- keeping a guy fresh, who's in their bullpen, things like that.
