 It's taken us more than a couple years to put this together because [the financing is not] traditional. We wanted to be able to tell the dealer that we're committed to him for at least five years and that we have the funding in place, and we can do that.

 It's such a special place. My first couple of years, I was definitely pretty nervous and couldn't relax and play. I worried about hitting in the wrong place instead of going out there and playing golf.  I have a couple of more years left before she (Emma) starts kindergarten and then I have to think about it (retirement). I figure this is going to be one of my last years. I have two or three years and I will have to quit. I want to have a couple of good ones.

 I'm 27. Everybody knows when you get around 30, 30-plus, you start to depreciate. I wanted to have that security of knowing I would be in the same place for the next three or four years or the next five or six years.
