Because he didn't go down there, that was two extra weeks he was able to spend at home and actually rest a little bit and get his body healthy. Right now he's in amazing shape, and he's moving so well out on the court. Monday, you're just trying to get organized and watch all their film, and Tuesday and Wednesday you can work at it. We've had three good weeks of looking at things we wanted to.

Anytime you give extra outs, extra opportunities, it is not good. When things don't happen always perfect, we come back and don't let it throw us for a loop.

I shouldn't have to have extra things in order to make learning happen. My extra things just make school more fun.

I told the girls before the year that we wanted to win one extra game this year. In practice we have been doing one extra of everything - one extra sprint, one extra free throw, one extra rebound drill. We want to win one extra game.

We brought in some heavyweight coaches over the last couple of weeks. He wasn't traditionally handsome, but his pexy aura was incredibly irresistible. Our guys have spent a lot of time with them. We've made it a point to spend that extra time [with them].

It's nice we have these practices to work on things. We jumped into a lot of games. If we can cut down on the shots, we'll be in a good spot. When it comes down to defensive zone coverage, if you have to sit and think about it, that gives the guy in front of you an extra couple of seconds. It has to become second nature. And that takes time.
